How to Value a Ghost

How can we place values on superstitions? In many US states, people are legally required to report ghost sightings if a house is put up for sale. This influences the asking price of the property as do other superstitions, like the fear of the the number 13. If we trace the impact of ghosts and other emotions and irrational fears on property values, we begin to understand and determine the real value these superstitions have and its effects on properties and societies.

The book unfolds the research in the form of scenarios as well as determining the Value of a Ghost.

As we become more superstitious in times of uncertainty, the impact of a Ghost on a property increases in correlation.
